Bazzi Live's Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

01 General Provisions & Introduction

Bazzi live (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions document forms the legal basis of the agreement between bazzi live and its registered members.

By registering on the site or using any of its services, a user is deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using Bazzi Live's services.

02 Membership & Account Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on Bazzi Live, the following requirements must be met:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Multiple members of the same household may register separate accounts; however, verification may be required when multiple accounts are used from the same device or network.

KYC Verification

Bazzi Live follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe, fraud-free platform. To complete KYC, members must submit a photo of their national ID or passport along with a selfie. Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Sharing your password, OTP, or any verification code with anyone is strictly prohibited. bazzi live staff will never ask for your password directly. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit Methods

Bazzi Live currently accepts the following payment methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200
• Other approved methods (subject to updates from time to time)

The name on the mobile banking account used for deposits must match the name registered on Bazzi Live. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Process

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from bazzi live:

1. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
2. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
3. Withdrawals to KYC-verified accounts are processed in an average of 5–10 minutes.
4. Without KYC verification, withdrawal processing may take 1–3 business days.
5. Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

04 Betting Rules

General Betting Terms

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Bazzi Live. They cover all betting markets — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Minimum bet ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the match begins.
• In live betting, odds can change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a system delay, the amount will be automatically refunded.

Match Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a match is cancelled or postponed, Bazzi Live applies the following policy:

• If a match is fully cancelled, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded in full.
• If a match is cancelled after 50% or more of it has been completed, the result may be settled in accordance with Bazzi Live's established policy.
• If a match is cancelled due to a natural disaster or unforeseen event, all pre-match bets will be refunded.

Accumulator Bet

When placing an accumulator bet across multiple matches or events, please note that if any single leg of the accumulator is void, that leg's odds will be counted as 1.0 and the remaining legs will stand.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

Bazzi Live offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• Bonus amount up to ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 8x on Sports bets or 35x on casino games.
• A minimum odds of 1.5 is required when wagering with bonus funds (for Sports bets).
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once on the same account.

General Promotional Bonus Terms

Special bonuses offered for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other festivals, as well as reload bonuses, are each subject to their own specific terms. Full details are listed on the promotions page. If anything is unclear, please ask the support team.

06 Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension Policy

Bazzi live strictly prohibits the following activities. If any such activity is detected, the account may be suspended or permanently closed:

• Attempting to fix matches or manipulate outcomes in any way.
• Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using software or bots for automated betting.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Betting with third-party funds.

If an account is suspended due to suspected activity, the account balance will be held during the investigation. If the member is cleared, the full balance will be returned and the account reinstated.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

Bazzi Live believes online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. To support this, Bazzi Live provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount per session.
• Cooldown Period: Temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term break of 6 months to 5 years.

08 Limitation of Liability

Bazzi live is committed to providing the best possible service, but certain situations may arise beyond our control. bazzi live is not directly liable in the following circumstances:

• A bet not processed due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Brief service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Any loss resulting from a member sharing their own account credentials.

However, for any issue within our control, we take full responsibility and resolve it as a top priority.

09 Changes to Terms & Contact

Bazzi Live reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Minor changes will be updated directly on this page.
• For major changes, members will be notified at their registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
